Terms of Service
AGREEMENT
■ When commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.■ I cannot do Realism, Full Mecha, Gore, NSFW (I can do it slightly e.g. SUS, Booba etc.) and Furry (Animal Ears and Tails are fine).■ I prefer not to do rushed commissions as it limits me but it will depend on my decision.■ I have the right to decline any commission if it is beyond my capabilities.■ I have the right to post my commissioned works on my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes.■ I have the right to cancel any commission if any problem occurs during the process (e.g. You made me uncomfortable, I am sick, etc.). Please be advised that I will issue a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress that has been made.■ All commercial commissioned work can be used to make monetized content (e.g. Streaming, Merchandise, etc.).■ Do not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any of my commissioned works without my permission. Please be advised to contact me beforehand if ever you plan to do so.■ Do not use my work for anything AI Related! and in any blockchain-related technology (NFTs, Cryptocurrency, etc.).■ I am open to modifications as long as it is minor and within 7 days after the delivery, beyond that will be charged.■ I will not be held responsible for any of the following:- There is a problem with the commission and needs to be returned to the artist for modifications. (I always ask for confirmation before sending the final product).- The commission is delayed due to the client not responding on time (Please always check your messages).- The client asks for an excessive number of changes or indecisive modification requests, thereby delaying the normal progress of my work and causing failure to meet the agreed-upon delivery date.Under these circumstances, the client cannot hold me accountable for late delivery or request a refund.■ Please do not forget to credit me as it also helps me, I really appreciate it :')
WORKFLOW
■ Please message me via X (formerly Twitter) if you are interested on commissioning me.■ After discussing the details about the commission, you would need to pay 50% of the full payment upfront to secure the slot (I will be sending you a PayPal invoice).■ After receiving the 50% deposit, I will then confirm and add you to my list. I will be sending you a link as tracking to all of my work in progress.■ I will be sending you screenshots of the updates during the following phases:- Sketching Phase
- Line Art Phase
- Coloring Phase
- Rendering Phase
- Final PhaseRest assured as I will still be sending you regular updates :)■ My work time will depend on the complexity of the work, everything will be discussed via messages.■ Please don't hesitate to ask me anything or share any suggestions. I would love to share and exchange ideas with you. You are also encouraged to give me feedback to ensure the quality of the final work.■ Regarding revisions, I will ask you to list down any revisions you want.■ Minor revisions are free during sketching phase, there will be a maximum 3 revisions during the coloring phase. Any revisions when I am half way done will be charged depending on the work. Major revisions after delivering the final product will also be charged. So please don’t be indecisive.■ Once you are satisfied with the final product, I will ask you to confirm. After confirming, I will ask for the final 50% of the payment before I give you the files thru GDrive.
LIVE2D MODEL
■ The model is cut and .PSD file ready for rigging.■ I can only do a typical Kyoto Animation-ish(?) anime art style.■ Please provide me an existing Character Design sheet, if you do not have, please provide reference photos for your character in each part (You may put it on .PSD File or GDocs). Don’t forget to add descriptions or notes as well in order for me to understand it better.■ Additional payment will be charged if you do not have an existing Character Design. I will be the one who is going to design with the references that you provided.■ I will not accept any commission that requires me to copy the design entirely to avoid any copyright issues and problematic dramas, Unless I confirmed that it is 100% your original design.■ Please refer to the WORKFLOW category for the info regarding revisions.■ You are free to choose 3 expression toggles for free (e.g. Blushing, Yandere / Mad, Heart Eyes etc.). Any additional expressions will be charged accordingly.■ Extra assets (e.g. extra hand holding a staff) will be charged.■ My work time will depend on the complexity of the work, so I ask for your kindness to not rush me. I will be giving updates regularly.
PAYMENT
■ Currency is in ($) USD!■ The prices will be displayed on commission page on their specific category after you tick the box on the very bottom of this page.■ Payment method will be PayPal only. I will be sending you PayPal invoices regarding all payments.■ PayPal transaction fees are not included in the final price.■ GCash Payment method will only be accepted for people in the Philippines on a rare case (e.g. PayPal is not working, don’t have PayPal Account etc.). Please note that I will follow the current conversion rates.■ As stated in the WORKFLOW category, the payment will be divided in 2 parts (50% of the full payment to secure the spot and the other 50% before I give the final product).■ If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client’s cause, the 50% Payment will be non-refundable.■ If I cannot finish the commission due to unexpected circumstances, I will be issuing you a full refund.■ STRICTLY NO REFUNDS! Once I finalized the commissioned work.
